Click anywhere on the page and start typing. Your work saves automatically as you write — there are no accounts, no servers, and nothing leaves your device.
Select text and use the toolbar below the header for bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, headings, alignment, and lists. Click the 🖼 icon to insert an image or the ⊞ icon to insert a table.
Click any inserted image to select it. Drag the round handle at its corner to resize, use the S / M / L / Original buttons for quick sizing, or click Crop to trim it.
Pagination is based on your actual content — page breaks appear automatically as you write. Use the page controls in the status bar to jump between pages, or change the page background style (ruled lines, grid, dots, or blank) in Settings → Typewriter.
Press Ctrl+. to enter Focus Mode, which tucks away the side panels and hides the header/toolbar when you're not moving the mouse. Move the mouse to bring them back briefly, or use the ▲ button to hide the header manually and the ▼ tab to bring it back.
Press Ctrl+E or click the export icon to save your document as .docx (Word), .pdf (via Print), .txt, .md, or .html.
